We coordinate vendor selection, specifications, materials and handovers around the agreed brief. Pipe and drape, booths, flooring, fabric and graphic walls, vinyl, florals, signage and wayfinding are sourced through suitable providers.

Specialty fabrication, lighting and digital elements involve qualified specialist partners. We do not claim to manufacture or stock everything, or to own a factory, fleet or rental warehouse.

Supplemental crew capacity, deliveries, load-in windows, returns and supplier interfaces are planned with your designated lead. Union labour is coordinated with appropriate local unions and approved providers where required; availability and responsibilities are confirmed per project.
