The project
adidas briefed Chameleon to bring their FIFA World Cup 26 'Made For You' moment to life inside the new flagship store at The Well in Toronto — a permanent-feeling retail environment built for a campaign-length run.
We built a green-and-pink 'Made For You' booth anchored by a digital 'Personalize Your Jersey' screen, a live heat-press flocking station behind the counter, and large-format player photo walls wrapping the side returns.
An overhead LED ticker carrying the FIFA World Cup 26 wordmark and adidas × FIFA lockup runs across the canopy, with national-team flags suspended above to pull guests into the activation from across the floor.
